Rehearsal 18th October 2014

Bruno performing Mozart's Violin Concerto No.3 in G with the orchestra - a truly virtuosic performance.

Bruno will be much missed by the orchestra on Saturday mornings whilst he is studying Music at Durham University

Christmas Meal, 6th December 2014 and more....

The Spring inn at Sulhampstead is our new venue but within 5 minutes of  our rehearsal venue. The menu looks good and Mike and Daphne have checked it out and were impressed! Although the cost is higher than last year, there will be an increased subsidy from orchestral funds. The venue has been booked, and David Short will be chasing for both subscriptions and Christmas meal payments within the next weeks.

You will easily find The Spring Inn on the Bath Road just a few minutes drive from Junction 12 of the M4 and close to Reading, Theale and Pangbourne. They are far enough from all that hustle & bustle and you’ll know you’re in Royal Berkshire countryside!

Now re-opened with a new management team and having benefited from interior decoration and outside landscaping, The Spring Inn is at the heart of the Sulhamstead community and overlooks the Sulhamstead and Ufton Cricket Club. Managed by the same team as highly successful gastropub The George at Wraysbury, there are plenty of culinary delights and a wide range of local, regional and international wines, beers and ales for residents of Sulhamstead and the surrounding area to enjoy.
